Black Jax Saloon Re Opens in Centerbrook

ESSEX, Conn. (October 13 2020 ) – Acclaimed shoreline chef and restauranteur Jack Flaws is pleased to announce the grand Re opening of Black Jax Saloon. I have spent this Covid 19 time honing my skills as a chef and a gardener, growing 8 varieties of hot peppers that we use for our XXX sauce at Jack Rabbits. We are making our own Bacon for jack rabbits and Black Jax with a black pepper brown sugar cure. Come in and try the new additions to our menu, from our giant smoked garlic popovers to our smoked garlic bread with maytag blue cheese fondue , green house grown jalapeños wrapped in our own bacon.
