It is difficult to describe how fantastic the steaks and BBQ selections are here at Black Jax Saloon. We've been 5 times now and we've tried the pork chop special, steaks and most recently the BBQ brisket. Add in a side of coleslaw and the most delicious baked beans and you'll be back for more. Bartender is attentive and creates excellent cocktails. Happy Hour specials and a vast menu that offers up a spectacular Shrimp Po Boy sandwich and crab cakes for the non carnivore. If you just want something light there is a vast selection of appetizers & salads. The interior is inviting and spacious as is the bar area. Our new favorite, local spot!

Big Baked Stuffed Potatoes

We come back to Black Jax every time for the stuffed potatoes!! They are SO good and full of awesome fresh ingredients, you will NOT be disappointed!

Texas "Randall Cobb" Salad

In addition to sharing the Jalepenos wrapped in bacon, I had the Cobb Salad with pulled pork. Absolutely amazing! All of the food tasted so fresh and was absolutely delicious! The bacon is outstanding. But I'm looking forward to trying the beef on my next visit. This place is a place that I will keep going back to! Service was outstanding as well!

Smoked Beet Mac and cheese

I cant even remember the last time I ate Mac N Cheese before coming to Black Jax. My wife ordered the Roast Beet version. My god was it delicous. Came back for Taco Tuesday. Damn fine Tacos. And great Margaritas. Awesome bartender. This place is an absolute find and now one of our favorite places to go to.

Mac with Pulled Pork

The Mac with Pulled Pork is such a tasty combo! But wait...then you add in homemade barbecue sauce and bring it to over the top deliciousness! Pair it with one of the Martinis made to perfection by Jason, Bartender Extraordinaire, and you are in for one tasty dining experience! So many other good things to eat off the menu. Great atmosphere, great staff, and always a friendly crowd! Stop in and Enjoy!

Black Jack has become a regular for us. The food is always fresh and delicious and the presentation is perfect. Portions are big. Jack is a master at what he does and frequently comes out from the kitchen and catches up with his customers. Jason is one of the best bartenders around and keeps us laughing the whole time while concocting new cocktails. Not just a steak house, it's an experience 👍🏻

Prime Rib Sandwich

I love this place. First time here and we were welcomed and served like we knew all of the people who work here. First, our bartender Jason is top notch. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and fun to talk to. He turned me on to a very nice sipping rum I had never heard of. The sandwich was very simply amazing. Execution was flawless, meat was delicious and tender and the bread/aioli combo was great. I'm also a big fan of their steak/fries...amazing. We met and spoke at length with the chef/owner Jack who is a really nice guy and a great cook. He told us he was classically trained and has the same meat broiling apparatus as Peter Luger's joint in NYC. I didn't have a steak but saw one come out and spoke to the guy who ordered it...he was in heaven. I will definitely come back and order a beautiful piece of their aged meat and try it out for myself. There are a lot of choices on the menu and I hope to work my way through them all. We're not from around here but have a second house near here, we will make this one of our GO-TO joints... Hands down, can't beat it!!!

St Louis Baby Back Ribs

This is the best restaurant by far. Everything is delicious, best meal I've had. To top it off, great atmosphere and drinks. Couldn't recommend more. Go. Run don't walk.
